Logistics Engineering, LLC is an independent management consulting firm not affiliated with any builder, material handling equipment company or software company.

Our mission is to provide expertise, integrity, and diligence to meet your warehousing, distribution or logistics needs.

Logistics Engineering does not accept any commissions, finder's fees or other remunerations from any company for any service.

Consulting services provided by Logistics Engineering are performed by Bob Cudnik, the owner of Logistics Engineering, or under the direct supervision of Bob Cudnik.

Professional fees are $150.00 per hour. We charge 50%, or $75.00 per hour, for travel time.

Travel and living expenses are billed at cost with no mark up.Travel expenses include transportation between Cumming, Georgia and other approved locations. Living expenses include hotel, ground transportation, and food items. Computer, communication and duplication services are also billed at cost.

Invoices are prepared weekly.

Payment terms are Net 30.

All materials, plans, specifications, and layouts will be the property of your company.

Our recommendations will be sound and practical; however, they will not constitute guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, or legally binding obligations.

The right to terminate our procedure and work remains exclusively the right of your company. In the event that this right is exercised, the financial obligation on the part of your company ceases at that point of time as witnessed by written notification. The financial obligation on the part of your company would apply to the actual time and expenses expended to the point of "cease" notification.
