Strategy and Planning

All Logistics Engineering projects start with a consensus building meeting that is intended to produce clear, well-defined objectives and open the lines of communication among the project team. This meeting also allows us to gain insight into your corporate culture, values and priorities.
This is followed by data collection and analysis to obtain a thorough understanding of the operational procedures. Based on the information collected, appropriate concepts are developed and evaluated.
Facility planning begins with reliable business information and sound forecasts. Logistics Engineering starts every project by collecting and compiling appropriate data into meaningful planning documentation. Those planning documents include alternative concepts for material handling and information solutions, together with an economic justification for each concept. The analysis includes anticipated productivity gains and the return on investment (ROI) for each alternative.
